Sheesh... finally an update!
Mood: The current mood of unchained_forum@hotmail.com at www.imood.com

I know I haven't written for a while but every time I go to do it I either blanked out or started at the screen for a while and then finally left because something else needed to get done and I couldn't waste time sitting around staring at the screen.

Sooo much has happened lately, well besides me being busy. Not insanely interesting but still. So let me start at the beginning.

On Friday my dad came home and started bugging me about going to take the Marine Craft test with him on Sunday. He said there was a four hour course followed by a 2 hour test. About a year ago Canada passed a law that requires ANY person operating a boat or PWC (Personal Water Craft) to have a license. It's about 100 to 45 bux depending where you take it and it IS for life and since I plan to do some water sporting this summer I still need to get it anyway, but Sunday was out. Saturday was supposed to be the Boat Party which was supposed to end at 3 am, so me being in a "test taking" frame of mind on Sunday was out of the question.

So I said that I couldn't go (plus I REALLY needed at least one day to just chill out and do nothing), and then Sat came around. I finally told Tina that the surprise was that I'm taking her to the Boat Party. I'm glad she didn't freak out TOO much and she DID come, thank gd *bows down*. We had some car arranging problems. Quite frankly I wanted to drive so I wouldn't have to like beg Patsy (long story) and I didn't want to bug Tina, even though I knew she wouldn't mind TOO much. But my mom was like, "Well if you get into an accident you have to deal with it." So I was like... well fuck that! I mean what if something HORRIBLE happens and I'm in debt for $100,000 for the rest of my LIFE!? So I said no and then Tina's dad ened up coming home in time and she was able to drive.

We met up at around 8:30 or so, left my house at 9:30 got Downtown, found a parking spot and then waited for Patsy and the rest of the ppl to come meet us. Then we walked about 5 minutes to the boat ramp. I think as soon as I got there I realised this wasn't my cake. Even before we got on the boat half the ppl were drunk and they were doing body/bag checks for any drugs or weapons. I was like, oh fuck! I kinda right then realised that this was going to be some fucked up "get all teens on a boat and get them drunk till they puke" affair (I think at THAT time I felt a bit peeved that Patsy didn't TELL me, I thought he had more class than that!). Not to be snooty but getting stuck on a boat with a bunch of DRUNK ASS idiotic males is NOT my idea of fun!

I wore my cute, extra-tight mandarin shirt but I swear the second I realised what was up I kinda zipped my jacket all the way up to my throat, attatched myself to Tina's side and stayed like that pretty much the entire night. I didn't dance cuz whenever we left to walk somewhere I got hit on by puke ass jerks and/or touched in some way (I mean intentionally). And I knew that if I danced I'd get hot and I'd HAVE to take my jacket off, thereby inviting people to hit on me even MORE. So I talked to Tina and Dolly, THAT was fun! Dolly is SUCH an awesome person. I didn't know she was into Psychology. Where does Tina FIND PEOPLE LIKE THAT??? Hehehe. Actually, speaking of: TINA has taste. I don't want to toot ppl's horns here but every time Tina takes me somewhere or makes me meet one of HER friends the affair ends in me feeling good. So far even when Patsy invited this girl from work (forgot her name) she was so stuck up, and she kept giving us dirty looks. We hardly spoke the entire night.

I SHOULD have been weary about this party since Patsy came up with it, but I guess I know better. If this was Tina inviting me I wouldn't have thought twice *sigh*. So the highlight of the day was these 2 guys high on e and gd knows what else came talking to us while we were hiding in what was the upstairs bar. They kept telling us jokes, and of course we gave them all fake names. I guess I was feeling like we were the only sober ppl there so I kept on making fun of the drunk ppl and being rude and making up stories just to see what their reactions would be. Hehehe. I mean, for one, I was Joey the entire night. Tina was Cloe, Dolly was Veronica, Patsy was Eric, and Amira was Mia. I mean THAT was hilarious. I came up with Joey when this one guy hit on me at the bar while Tina and I were getting drings. I was like, "I'm not telling him my real name!". Tina almost died laughing.

One of the guys that came to talk to us (the funnier one), at one point came back and told us to quit "hiding" and to go out and dance with the guys cuz they were looking for us, meanwhile we're all cracking up with laughter so he's like, "Well here, you just gotta know how to talk to them." And so just then one of the security women comes into the bar and he grabs her and says, "How much does a Polar Bear weigh?" She kinda looks at him, waits a bit and finally says, "I don't know, how much?" And he says, "Enough to break the ice. Hi my name is Shay." We seriously almost died laughing! Hehehe. I swear, as lame as this sounds, that was probably the best pickup line I have EVER heard!

The boat finally docked at around 3 am and then a little fight broke out downstairs, it was raining too. One of the guys involved (I guess) jumped the boat and started running down the dock. Then he picked up a rope hook and broke it in half and took the hooked end with him so people were afraid to go after him in case he decided to swing that thing. We waited for the coast to clear and then finally after some sitting around and me saying, "Lets go lets go" we left the boat. Tina was pissed because she knew Dolly had to get home and Patsy was sitting there staring into space! I was like, "LETS GO!". This is partially the reason why I didn't want him driving Tina and I. I wanted US to have control over when we left and where we went. So of course we ended up driving around looking for fries, mmmm... fries. I dunno WHY we felt like fries that night but whatever.

Tina dropped me off at around 4:30 so the sun was already starting to come up and it FELT like late evening instead of early morning. I had a terrible time trying to fall asleep. I finally fell asleep at a little past 5 and then the alarm went off at 10 am and I HAD to get up because Red was coming over at 11.

So I did my stuff, we got together and then I just walked around bitching to him and my mom about the party. I dunno WHAT my problem was anyway, maybe I'm too cynical, but I just said I'm not into crazy stuff like that. I'm more into surfing, sea-do'ing, power boating, maybe hiking till you drop dead, getting high off of the oxygen in your tank as you deep sea dive... THAT kinda crazy fun. I don't want to sound like an ingrate for getting invited, plus it DID mean a lot to Patsy I could tell for having us there (and he wrote about it in his journal as well), but I'm sure he was peeved that we didn't dance. Oh well, c'est la vie. I didn't really care this time so whatever. I still enjoyed myself with all the talking and the making fun of ppl so who gives a crack.

It rained on Sunday so Red and I went straight back to WR and just hung out there. I bought a ton of movies but the Hot Chick, Frida and The Pianist aren't out on PV yet so I had to wait until next weekend. Cripes I already hit 106 movies after this weekend! My closet is spilling out, there's movies on my bed, on my desk, in the living room, on top of the computer!

So we ended up just cuddling in bed and watching 3 movies that day. The Animatrix (AWESOME!), some other one (forgot which one it was) and The Ring (freaky as hell...).

Monday and Tuesday were pretty much the same. I managed to talk to Stacy some, thank GD. I love talking to her. I just wish I had more time so we could talk more. She's so awesome. She's a lot more interesting to talk to than Red. She actually tells me stories, yey. AND SHE HAS A POOL!!! *Sniffles*. Hehehe. I wish I had a pool, for no other reason than exercise. I swear swimming is like the best cardio and weight workout all rolled into one. Plus it's super fun! :D (Oh man, Legally Blonde moment right there). I did manage to finally phone MSP about my medicare crap and found out that I'm fully covered and they shouldn't be charing me 54 bux a month. So now I need to fill out some forms and that's that. I took care of my loan (finally, thanx to mom) and found a testing site to take the boating test right online so I don't even have to get my ass up and go anywhere. AND, best part is, my mom FINALLY got me the car insurance so now I can drive.

And I'm going to have to because the mirror place is only open until 4 Monday to Friday. Oh, speaking of mirror. The downstairs place is ssoo close to being done finally! I just need to finish the design and my dad will paint it and voila! Carpet goes in, mirror goes in and we're DONE! My mom and I did a whole shopping thing at Home Depot on the weekend (Saturday), and we picked this beautiful carpet. Burber, damn I have no idea how I'll handle that. The last time I was in a place with burber was our old apartment when I was 9 or 10 and it was this NASTY dark brown color and maybe half an inch high. I hated it. This one we picked has this beautiful faint pattern in it and it's a warm light tan color (almost white but with a yellowish tinge to it rather than silver), and it's about 2 inches high, looks very chic.

Ok, I better go. I still need to do some laundry and some other junk, I'll just quickly post the workouts I did since Monday.
