Afternoon musings.

Gd I think this is by far my laziest day ever, except I DID finish up a design for Red and I hope that when it cools down in the afternoon I can do another one. I barely finished abs! Hehehe. This is yesterdays exercise:

Upper body weights (15 minutes) (with 10 lbs)
Bike (36 min) : 370 cals
Walk (30 min) (with 26 lbs)

It's just been SO hot lately it's hard to do anything because I get tired so fast. I don't mind sweating, I mind that feeling you get that feels something like you might die from heat exhaustion. And the fan in my room doesn't do diddly squat because it IS the hottest room in the house! Damn. I did some yoga in the morning and then I forgot that I don't remember the last time I did ANY lower back exercises... abs sort of works your lower back anyway because it's a supporting muscle but it's not really enough, so tomorrow I'll do some legs and lower back. I like lower back anyway it's easy and effective.

I've just been sitting here basically all day long doing stuff and daydreaming about hiking. Dea volunteered to join me in 2 weeks or so. I should also go shopping, maybe this weekend at Guildford with Red, just for a little bit. I want to see if I can get some more capris and stuff like that. I'm hoping the spring stuff will be gone and I can maybe get some velour pants, but shorter. I'm looking for insanely comfy stuff I won't mind getting dirty basically. So stretchy and thin and possibly fuzzy and light in color but preferably a color that would hide stains or SOMETHING, oh cripes, and I also need some insanely good athletic shoes that aren't runners and CAN be worn without socks for extended periods without killing my feet. I plan to hike and walk and bike and do WHATEVER. If I can't bike at home because it's too hot I'll go outside.

Oh man, I should have read that boating thing, I'm stupid. Actually, I'll go do that at 5 then until my mom comes back, that should cover 2 more chapters.
