Hehehe, Patsy found my diary. Oh wait, no that was me. I didn't give it to him because I didn't know if he'd be able to read it, it's up to him (if you're reading this sweetheart though, welcome home *huggles*). The second reason was that I write personal stuff about him in here and I didn't want him to either freak out on me or feel hurt or feel weird, and last but not least: I write person stuff about MYSELF, and I didn't want him to worry because a lot of the time I'm being an emotional basketcase and of course I tend to rant and rave.
I already know how Dea feels about this issue: if you can't handle the heat stay out of the kitchen. But the point is, no matter WHAT bothers me about my friends (and 99% of the time that's nothing) they will always be my friends. The only shitty thing is, I seriously CANNOT remember if I wrote in here what I got him for his birthday! I'm such an idiot, lol. I thought about that after and was like, ooopppsss... I still need to get together to give that to him and his mulah. That's one thing about Patsy, ppl owe him money left and right because he's so nice, and then they don't realise he has a life and has to support himself and he NEEDS that money. So right from the start I promised myself I wouldn't owe him money (or if I did that I WOULD pay it back). So I am.
The weekend was so wonderful thought. Red and I hung out Saturday and Sunday. I thought I'd be free on Sunday but I woke up, the house was all quiet and there was nothing to do so I was like, ok then, I'm outta here. Saturday we went for a long walk around town and then down to the beach for ice cream, then we hung around the house and went to see Legally Blonde 2. Jamie got us in for free because he's the manager. It was a cute movie. Not as good as the first one though, but still, it's Reese, I'd go watch her read the dictionary, lol.
Sunday we hung out again, I had to get my pills at the drug store so I picked up a card (yet another store card to add to my collection), a french manicure set and a new perfume. Yummm... it smells ssooooo good, it's Chanel's "Chance". It has a very soft wonderful scent. I couldn't help going through the entire isle of perfumes and sniffing each one. I pretty much know almost every perfume out there so I focused on the new ones. I think if there's a sale I might pick up No.5. Oh yeah and if the nails turn out I'll be sure to post a pic, lol.
Then we ended up going to this little market and getting some cookies and talked lots, then went for another walk with his parents down to this other beach (away from the tourist area) to hang out in quiet seclusion. We had a late tide so the ENTIRE beach was exposed and we walked on wonderful soft sand with the warm waves crashing against our feet. Red and I brought the cam so he took a TON of pix. I'm going to post some here in a little while. He is SUCH a good photographer though.
In the evening we went to the corner store to get some nachos and I picked up a hair mag (for some new hair ideas) and Marie Claire (mainly because it had Reese Witherspoon on the cover) watched a movie and relaxed cuddling in his room. Then we both got sick (again, probably from the food, I almost threw up because there was this INSANELY thick black long hair in my salsa... I swear thinking about it now is making me want to go hurl) and then it was time to go home.
Weekends always end too fast *sigh*. I think tomorrow, if I'm not overburdened with work I'll go stop by the mall and see if there's anything cute to buy. I still need some comfy pants and tops. Dea managed to buy pink pants somewhere... I'm so out of luck. I need to go shopping with her. Every single time I end up going with HER I have INSANELY awesome luck and find EXACTLY what I'm looking for, it's weird. Maybe she can be my "Good luck shoe goddess", since I still haven't found a pair I like.
9:27 p.m. - Yey pixies.

I made these huge because they're just too beautiful to be resized down to nothing, so yeah, sorry for the download but it'll be worth it :). This is the walk down to the beach. You can see it through the trees.

A bit zoomed in. I just wanted to capture the beauty of the leaves and the view inbetween that.

Red's dad, and the view that we had from the beach, facing East. You can see the pier in the distance.

I thought this was a beautiful shot. Taken by Red. He was trying to capture things in motion. I love this one.

I LOVE this shot. This was just a little Yorkie walking along with a woman we don't know but I LOVED the way Red took this shot. I seriously want to print that out and hang it. There's just something about it that really strikes me. The way it's not posed, the way it's not framed, and yet it looks exactly the way it was meant to be.

Another one I really liked. This one of joy. She was trying to run towards this black lab puppy, but I just loved the way Red captured her sort of straining on the leash. It looks awesome.

I don't post pix of myself here, but this one isn't of my face (thank gd) and I really love it, so hey, day at the beach, why not.

Yey no face! Again, I love the way this is framed, plus like I said, no face, no face! Hehehe. This is actually the way it was taken so I didn't cut my head off on purpose but I'm sure I WOULD have ;) *Shudders*.

And we end with man meets dog meets seagull meets some other unknown bird in there somewhere. I couldn't believe this came out so damn well... but I think it's a great statement for "Man meets nature".
So that's enough of that. Red's a totally kick ass photographer. I still suck, I'm having problems focusing with the cam, I think next time we go I'm making HIM dress up and we'll go out and walk around and I can just take pix of him. I'm sure he could use some good ones for brochures for his company but also some kool ones for me to print out. I have a few "a-la The Dog" style shots (with the person kneeling down and looking up at the camera so your body looks small but your head looks big) but those are cute, they're not exactly serious shots. I'm still printing THOSE out! They're adorable, hehehe.
